Choice Events, doing business as Winners Choice Championships and BRING IT!, applies the following cancellation policy to all competitions:

All payments are nonrefundable.

If a program or team cancels its registration for ANY reason, all funds paid will be credited toward another Choice Events competition. The credit may be used during the same competition season or carried forward to the following competition season.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to lori@thewinnerschoice.net. A cancellation will not be considered effective until the written cancellation notice has been received.

If a team reduces its number of registered participants for ANY reason, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for a no-show, dropout, or scratch at a competition without advance written notice.

Requests to transfer funds to another event occurring within 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Funds transferred or carried forward from a previous event remain nonrefundable.

If an event is canceled by Winners Choice Championships or BRING IT! and is not rescheduled, the program may transfer its payment to another Choice Events competition or request a full refund.
